All the sessions at Sun & Soul Fitness consist of 60 minute sessions of interval cardiovascular routines and strength training; using body weight, kettlebells, TRX, barbells and other equipment. We focus on a different muscle group each day or sometimes a combination of different muscle groups, this allows clients to attend Monday through Saturday for an ideal well-balanced workout routine.
